Families with children from coast-to-coast-to-coast will now be able to take part in the Canada-wide early learning and child-care system, passed today as the Canada Early Learning and Child Care Act.
We are committed to supporting all Canadians by making child-care and early learning accessible for all families with children. As this program is expanded families will now have access to affordable, inclusive and high quality early learning and child care programs and services.
I am proud to support the passing of Bill C-35 to bring accessible early-learning and child-care programs to my constituents and all Canadians.
