This remarkable achievement, nearly four times the projected growth, marks the largest monthly job increase since January 2023 and underscores the resilience of Canada’s economy in the face of global challenges.
The surge in job creation was driven by strong gains in key sectors such as health care, social assistance, education, transportation and warehousing, and financial and real estate services. These sectors have been pivotal in supporting the economic growth and stability of our nation.
