Brampton’s Roshel Partners with Sweden’s Swebor Defence to Strengthen Canada’s Defence Sector

Member of Parliament Sonia Sidhu proudly recognizes the strategic partnership between Brampton-based Roshel Inc. and Sweden’s Swebor Defence, announced during Minister Mélanie Joly’s official visit to Stockholm. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Canada–Sweden relations and highlights Brampton’s growing role in global innovation and advanced manufacturing.

Roshel, a leading manufacturer of armoured vehicles, will integrate Swebor’s advanced steel technologies into its production, enhancing Canada’s defence capabilities while creating new economic opportunities in Brampton.

“I commend Brampton-based Roshel for its strategic partnership with Sweden’s Swebor Defence—an important step in strengthening Canada’s defence capabilities and fostering international collaboration,” said MP Sonia Sidhu. “This initiative reflects the innovation and leadership rooted in our Brampton community.”
